What a zingy way to start our 2017 sugar year with this delightful Lemon-Chello Figurine course with Vicci Clemitson-Martin of Victoria Bean Bakery. When you gather 6 very different bakers, 1 superbly talented sugar art teacher, a peaceful environment, loads of chocolate paste, isomalt, Flexique, a generous helping of fun and a dash of heat (ok maybe more than just a dash!) you have the recipe for an amazing class. Not only did we create this zesty figurine, but we learned to work with Flexique edible fabric, pulled sugar and blown sugar which was a first for me.
An extremely happy, slightly tired batch of bakers after our 3 day Lemon-Chello Figurine Class! We not only worked hard but played hard too! Thanks again Vicci for once again rocking our sugar world, and putting some heat into our sugar souls. Our year just got off to a perfectly sweet start.
